三 | 这一合作也标志着渤健实现了菲泽妥单抗全球权益的统一。根据协议，渤健将负责商业化，天境生物则依托其位于杭州医药港的GMP生产基地负责商业化供药。该基地已取得药品生产许可证，可实现核心产品的本土化稳定供应。“十年前，这些产品要等在国外上市了，再引进到中国重新做开发。目前，我们自主研发的产品把权益授权给海外公司。”天境生物董事长钱丽丽此前在接受央视《焦点访谈》采访时所说，从“引进来”到“授权出海”，钱塘创新药正完成角色的根本转换。
四 | 境斐®的获批，也意味着今年以来钱塘已有3款1类创新药上市，数量位居全省第一。从“年年都有创新药”的目标提出，到如今多款产品密集落地，这一愿景正在钱塘一步步成为现实。截至目前，杭州医药港已集聚生物医药企业1800余家，累计4款1类创新药获批上市。另有138个创新药进入临床试验，数量居杭州市首位，其中14个药品处于临床三期。
